Natural dough is fermented in our advanced facility for over 24-48 hours to enhance flavor and texture.
We never cut cost on our ingredients. Each pizza is topped and prepared with only natural cheese.
Our entire menu is made to order. The dough is pressed, kneaded, and shaped by the hands based on the traditional italian techniques.
Pizza is cooked in the oven over a grill shaped pizza screen. It allows the pizza to be well cooked throughout and drain all the excess oil which increases the fresh flavors.
